Sacramento Contact Lenses and Optometry, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Dr. Smiley and Dr. Shlyakhov. Today, we are the leading contact lens and family vision practice in Northern California, providing quality eye care to over 55,000 patients at our offices in Sacramento and Roseville. We are proud of our highly competent, personal, progressive, and efficient delivery of eye and vision care to the patients. To our patients we represent stability, and continuity of care. We excel in contact lens fitting and care for adults, teenagers and children, ranging from routine to highly complicated cases. We commonly see referrals for complicated contact lens cases from doctors in other states and abroad.
